- For your views regarding: • Contacting the practice • Our appointment booking system • Our online repeat prescription service • Extended hours appointments.
- You Said:
- • Our telephone system needs improving • The repeat prescription service needs to be more obviously displayed on our website • Most of our patients are happy to attend extended hours appointments, but many were not aware that they were available.
- We Did:
- • We are adopting a menu direction service for our telephone system • We have updated our website to reflect your comments about the repeat prescription service • We have made the availability of extended hours appointments more obvious, both on our website and by sending an email to existing patients.
